Shutting Down the System 🛑

Follow these steps after the participant has completed the session and exited the VR headset:

1. Wait for the Program to Close ✅

• The program automatically closes when finished.

• If for any reason it stays open:

  • Press the Windows key.

  • Hover over the application icon in the taskbar.

  • Right-click it and select “Close window.”

2. Turn Off the PC 💻

• Click the Windows Start Menu.

• Select Power → Shut down.

3. Check & Charge the Controllers (🕹️ VR Only)

• SteamVR may automatically power down the controllers.

• Look for the LED light on each controller:

  • If the light is off, the controller is already shut down.

  • If the light is still on, hold the System button for 3 seconds until it turns off.

• Once off, flip the controller over and plug the charging cable into the port on the bottom.

✅ Tip: If multiple participants are scheduled back to back, leave the PC and headset on between sessions — just repeat the steps in Running Program 🎬.
